*لماذا نقوم بهذا الاختبار؟
لمراقبة مرض السكري وايضا للمساعده في قرارات علاجه.
Why get tested?
T mnit a pesn’s diabetes and t aid in teatment deisins
*متى يطلب الطبيب عمل هذا الاختبار؟
عندما يشخص السكري لاكثر من 2 الى اربع مرات بالسنه.
When t get tested?
When fist diagnsed with diabetes and then 2 t 4 times pe yea
When is it deed?
Depending n the type f diabetes that y have, hw we y diabetes is nted, and y dt, y A1 may be meased 2 t 4 times eah yea. The Ameian Diabetes Assiatin (ADA) emmends testing y A1:
4 times eah yea if y have type 1 type 2 diabetes and se insin;
2 times eah yea if y have type 2 diabetes and d nt se insin.
When smene is fist diagnsed with diabetes if nt is nt gd, A1 may be deed me feqenty.

عينة دم عن طريق الوريد او عن طريق شكة بالاصبع

A bd sampe is btained by inseting a neede int a vein in the am a dp f bd is taken fm y
finge by piking it with a sma, pinted anet.
*طبيعة عمل الاختبار:
A1 يقيم القيمة المتوسطه للجلوكوز في الدم للاشهر 2 او 3 الاخيــره
حيث الـHBA <هيموجلوبين A > يحمل الاكسجين داخل خلايا الدم الحمراء
وعندما يرتبط الهيموجلوبين A مع الجلوكوز
يبقى هنا لحياة الخلايا الحمراء< 120يوم>
زيادة الجلوكوز في الدم
يصاحبها زيادة للارتباط بالهيموجلوبين A
هذا المزيج والمركب المكون من الهيموجلوبين A والجلوكوز في الدم يسمى A1 أو gyhemgbin

The A1 test evaates the aveage amnt f gse in the bd ve the ast 2 t 3 mnths. It des this by measing the nentatin f gysyated hemgbin. As gse iates in the bd, sme f it spntanesy binds t hemgbin A (the pimay fm f hemgbin in adts). Hemgbin is a ed ptein that aies xygen in the ed bd es (Bs)). ne the gse is bnd t the hemgbin A, it emains thee f the ife f the ed bd e (abt 120 days). The me gse that is in the bd, the me that binds t hemgbin A. This mbinatin f gse and hemgbin A is aed A1 ( hemgbin A1 gyhemgbin). A1 eves d nt hange qiky bt wi shift as de Bs die and ynge nes take thei pae.
