Normal tricuspid valve morphology, moderate TR with E PAP = 32mmHg
Normal pulmonary valve morphology and flow.
Dilated Right side, normal RV systolic function TAPSE = 19mm
Normal LA size
A drop out could be detected in intra-arterial septum
Other echo finding: no pericardial effusion, no intracardiac masses or thrombi.
Final impression:
Dilated right side , moderate TR, mild PHT
