سؤال الــ ديفرنشيال دياغنوزيزهنا عام و ليس خاص بانها سيدة كنوع من تعميم الحالات اللى ممكن تيجى ع نفس الطريقه للسيدات و الرجال لكن طبعا لو كنت واقفه قدام حاله فى امتحان الكلينيكال و الحاله و احدة ست و الدكتور بيقولى ممكن تفكرى فى ايه تانى غير الهيرنيا طبعا لازم اراعى الجزء دا و اختار الحاجات الخاصه للفيميل بس

يعني هي معناها شو الحالات اللي ممكن اشك فيها في الأعراض اللي عندي...
يعني تكون قادر على التمييز بين الاسباب المختلفه للمرض..فهي جزء من التشخيص
مثلا hest pain
لازم نميز السبب من القلب ولا من التنفسي او حتى من المريء وغيره
فتحط كل الاحتمالات للأمراض اللي تعمله وتستثني وحده وحده لما توصل للانسب
انا هيك فاهمتها
